The Springs at Redding is a unique community designed for senior living. The Redding project will be comprised of four parts: Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Town Home Cottages. The buildings evoke a Spanish/Mission style architecture and include design features such as stucco walls, stone accents and wrought iron detailing. The professional landscaping will focus on preserving native species. A large Porte Cochere will welcome residents and the public, along with 190 parking stalls for residents, staff members and guests. The Springs properties are owned and operated by Willowcreek Management. Willowcreek’s philosophy, “live life to its fullest,” is reflected in this project and its commitment to providing excellent housing options and services to seniors.
