The Columbia Medical Plaza renovation took place on an existing 4-story steel and wood framed medical building adjacent to the new Southwest Washington Regional Medical Center. The building’s transformation is a welcome sight to the tenants and neighboring property owners.
The Columbia Medical Plaza houses a pharmacy, labs, a full-service diagnostic center and three floors of medical offices. The renovation involved improvements to interior public spaces and a complete rebuild of the exterior cladding as well as new signage and a new entrance canopy. The team completed the work on time, prior to the wet weather season.
