This structures consist of a sanctuary building, multi-purpose maintenance building and supporting infrastructure facilities. Site improvements include a paved parking area and site landscaping with lighting. The sanctuary building is a 3-level facility containing a reception and public lobby, classrooms, office space, private counseling and child care spaces, multi-purpose/function areas and sanctuary. There are also two 3-stop elevators, a commercial type kitchen, and laundry room and restroom facilities. The proposed sanctuary building is a concrete slab on grade with concrete floor slabs and tilt-up concrete walls. Glazing consists of aluminum storefront and punched windows. The roof framing is structural steel roof trusses. Roofing consists of several large skylights and built-up roofing. Mechanical equipment is located on the roof and screened with a continuous enclosure.
