The Central Campus project in Newport is OCCC’s new main campus. The 80,000 sf building houses science labs, a library,art, nursing and general studies, as well as the colleges GED and IT centers. Team-Build successfully managed the planning and design process, and provided Construction Management and FF&E coordination services. The project involved State matching funds, and we handled this funding process for OCCC.
