The Laguna Cliffs Resort & Spa  renovation includes exterior repairs as well as renovations to guest rooms and public areas such as the lobby, restaurants/bars, meeting spaces and corridors.

The renovation scope includes establishing an improved sense of arrival; creating a seamless transition from the exterior to the lobby; enhancing the exterior areas, including the two pool areas, landscaping and exterior lighting; exterior painting and repairs to the building enclosure; signage; mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection/fire life safety upgrades/changes.
