La Jolla Marriott Renovation

Team-Build's management of the La Jolla Marriott Ballroom renovation included the ballroom, pre-function area, 1st and 3rd floor meeting rooms and the Concierge Lounge. The scope included new carpet, paint, wall covering, doors and hardware and light fixtures. Construction was completed in two phases to accommodate bookings.
