Recovery/Completion Services for A National Surety

Team-Build has been providing project management and claims resolution services in connection with several takeover projects bonded by a nationally recognized surety. Team-Build has assisted the surety team in all aspects of the payment bond and performance bond claims, including assessing and resolving subcontractor claims and analyzing construction defect claims.

Team-Build has also provided project management services in connection with the takeover and completion of the projects, which were in various stages of construction. The complexity typically associated with this work was heightened by a number of factors, including the relatively remote location of three projects.
